Mathiesen Dental has been a great resource for me. Everyone is super kind and professional. Dr. Proctor and his assistants are considerate, personable and efficient. My hygienist Janelle has great skill and a sure touch. The ladies at the desk, Shannon and Sarah keep me on track with the sweetest regard. I am so grateful for all of them. They've really helped me and make me feel genuinely comfortable.
I'd like to say that Dr. Proctor and assistant Ashley did a wonderful job revising a crown for me. Dr. P even worked carefully around the remaining tooth to avoid a root canal. It's been about a month with the new crown and everything is great. Normal bite and cosmetically appropriate. I'd been going to 60+ year old dentists for many years for their expertise but after switching to Mathiesen Dental I appreciate Dr. Proctor's steady hand and pleasant demeanor. No more grumpy old guys for me.
My 10 year old daughter had a couple teeth pulled here by Kyle Proctor and he and his assistant did everything to make her feel comfortable. Great dentist and great staff.
I had to file a board complaint against this dentist. If you have phobias or any discomfort, not only will they not address it, they will call in false prescriptions and mock the patient. The dentist, Kyle Proctor, became licensed last year and it shows in his bedside manner and refusal to treat patient pain. They have mocked the pain of my autistic daughter by telling her they would call in pain medication for her severe impacted wisdom tooth pain and then calling in a prescription for 200 mgs of ibuprofen.
