I stop in to visit my friends who work at Matthews & Parlo Carpet. If y'all need carpet or flooring this is the place to go. It's a long standing business with a great reputation but I'm there for my friends.
I spoke to the owner and even after expressing our claim he was not willing to do anything… the carpet was installed 1 year 10 months ago and we have extremely excessive wear in traffic areas like hallways and near the living room. They sent out an inspector who was obviously not a 3rd party and he submitted inaccurate information including year of the house built, sub floor type and the vacuum w we’re using. This company is one to be aware of and does not stand to any warranty.
Extremely rude on the phone. Very unprofessional and un called for.
