I just burned $15K buying a used BMW from Mathews that went straight to salvage. Mathews may have been legally covered, but are morally bankrupt in my view. There are better places to do business. If you want higher blood pressure and more stress, do business with Mathews. Otherwise run away as fast as you can. They made an enemy for life. How do you sell a certified used car like that. Granted I was taken in by idea of a low mileage BMW at a reasonable price. Too good to be true, But the dealership is horrible.
Horrible used car buy experience at Mathews. Sold me unsafe car and would not negotiate with me. Question competency or ethics that would sell a car with bad fuel injectors that put my and my families life at risk. I am culpable for using mobile used car inspector, should have used BMW specialist, but no way that car should have been sold as certified used car.
