This firm designed /positioned a "dog run" directly between two large residential buildings, one of which I live in. A pretty absurd idea to begin with, but they also did not incorporate any noise mitigation measures -- so the result is that residents on my side of the building can hear loud dog barking at all waking hours. We are above the 10th floor and yet it is still quite loud.
Terrible client service. They're a breed of their own. Go somewhere else.
