I absolutely love this store and adore the young women who work there. They are so sweet and helpful. This is the only jewelry store I will frequent and I wholeheartedly recommend Matthews Jewelers, especially the Midcounty location!
Definitely not happy with service or excuses my engagement ring turned yellow in two weeks! I went in the re dipped it there isn’t really a white gold she explained it’s rodium ok so two weeks after I get it back it turns yellow again and my halo diamonds are falling out this ring was very expensive just very disappointed in the quality of the engagement it’s only 4 months old now my wedding band is still beautiful and white all diamonds are accounted for I will be taking it back in to have the diamond replaced that fell out... read more
