These people are crooks, run by some Albanian criminal. They badger you into buying an expensive car and force you to sign before they even tell you the final price, taking away your old car and withholding your registration and title so you can't change your mind. I should have stood my ground and demanded my paperwork back. I may be filing a BBB complaint against them.
Current GM, Brandon Pedraza and other employees within the Mathews car shops are criminals, including felons. Proof and public data below. BEWARE! The General Manager, Brandon Pedraza has a lengthy criminal history. He also uses various drugs, and often high on cocaine at work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE... THEY HIRE TERRIBLE PEOPLE. To keep things brief my situation waa dismal AT BEST in my opinion. A credit score too embarrassing to disclose and a less than desirable trade in on top of that! I purchased a BRAND NEW vehicle (veloster n) this past June. Not only was the salesmen were very unprofessional, texting me instead of answering the phone when I attempted to call. I scheduled a time to drop off paper work and they forgot to inform me that they would not be there at the time they scheduled me to be there, due to power outage.(after I drove over an hour and left work early to be there at set time.) my vehicle was not detailed at time of purchase.
