I had recall work that needed to be done on my vehicle twice, and Matthews did a great job. They did a mobile appointment so I could continue to work at home while technician Ben took care of the issue. Ben was friendly and worked quickly. Great service! The second appointment they took care of right at my work location, so I didn’t even have to change my schedule. Kyle was the tech that time, and he was friendly and had the work done quickly.
Just got home, always enjoy doing business with Mathews Ford. Great people to deal with once you are a loyal customer! My salesman Jason Poirier worked extra hard to get me the best deal! It's the 3rd car I've bought from him and his knowledge of the cars is the best!!

I wanted to say the team at Mathews Ford in Sandusky is amazing. Jason Poirier is an outstanding salesman. He is a person of high integrity and very reasonable. He made the experience buying my Mustang amazing. He notified me about every step of the build process and went out of his way to keep me in the loop. If I ever need a car he will be my first choice to talk to from now on. A true superstar at what he does and his level of caring shows in his work. Thank you Jason and the team at Ford.
These folks are heroes, seriously. I was driving from Chicago to Connecticut, and while at an Ohio Turnpike Service Plaza, my car wouldn't start. I was towed to Mathews, explained my situation, and Roger, the service advisor, put me at ease, saying they'd jump right on it. Which they actually did. An hour later, I had a diagnosis.
