I contacted Matthew's ford with a terrible sound coming from my engine and they got us in right away! Couldn't ask for a more supportive staff and great technical crew to look after my car. Highly recommended!
I walk in and I here’s 5 guys just sitting there all looking at their phones. Nobody acknowledged me. I had an appointment. They knew I was waiting. The hey only did half of the job so I had to wait longer because I had to get back in the queue I guess. Terrible! I hate going there. No matter what side you go to, they are just rude
