Stopped in for the Works as I was close to oil changed. Due for tire rotation and brakes checked. Got me in at appointment time and serviced F150 quickly and thoroughly! Service Advisor and Mechanic explained everything done and made sure my questions were answered! Written report is detailed and a Great record for me! Very impressed with Service Department and Customer Satisfaction was assured! Thank you
Called to get a quote on parts. Parts were quoted at a slightly cheaper price than the competitor. When I showed up to pick up they "conveniently" forgot to add one of the bearings i needed. Fishy.
The service team at the Quick Lane is the best in the business. Always fabulous, focused and ready to get to work. Great job!!
