Dropped off f150 to service department after hours but called ahead talked to advisor to set up the appointment and explained what I wanted done. Was told to write on drop off ticket what I wanted done. I wrote the kind of oil I wanted in the truck. Come back in to pick it up and the service report said a different oil than I requested. So I asked about it. They tried to reassure me it was a typo. I kept pressing the issue and come to find out it was the incorrect oil.
