The process of buying my truck, was amazing. But I am highly disappointed in the service department. My truck has been in 3 times for the same problem and has yet to been fixed, all under warranty. The second time my truck was in, they diagnosed the problem and rescheduled a date to fix the problem. Just picked up my truck for the said rescheduled date, and they stated I would have to reschedule yet again, as this time they just diagnosed the problem (that had already been diagnosed).
