Took my car there so they could “diagnose “ the problem. They weren’t interested in trying to find the problem, they were more interested in selling me the parts. With no indication they would guarantee the diagnosis. I don’t want to keep throwing parts at it…very unprofessional

Husband bought a used Ford F150 there last fall. Worst vehicle we have ever owned. One day at our house and the water pump was leaking. Mechanic said it had been leaking. Driver side door won't close in the cold. Doesn't want to run from four-wheel to two-wheel drive. Now the check engine light is on. There is no way they didn't know there were issues with this truck, especially with the water pump unless they have crappy mechanics working there. Absolutely a lemon.
Friendly and courteous staff. Timely on service. Comfortable waiting area.
