This dealership will not stop sending me junk mail & calling me in regards to a vehicle I have not had for almost 10 years. My name is spelled wrong & I have asked multiple times to be removed from the solicitation list. The ** of the store, **** ********, who is on the solicitation letters is never available when I contact them to have a civil conversation. Over the past year I have had to take my vehicle to the Mathews Ford dealership for repairs on multiple occasions for the same repair. The first instance the auto repair shop called me to explain their findings, provided an estimate, I agreed to the charges and the repairs were made. The time frame involved was a little less than satisfactory, as it took a few weeks for them to complete the job. However, a loaner vehicle was provided at no charge for this purpose.
