It's been a month since we called regarding areas of the floor that look to be cut short and jagged and are pulling away from the wall. There are some serious gaps. Keep getting excuses for why no one has been out to repair. The main excuse is that they don't have anyone doing work in Negaunee. Helloooooo, we are right when you get into Negaunee from Marquette. Takes no more than 15 min to get from our house to Mathews. So completely unprofessional.
