I have never felt more abused by a rental agent in my whole 54 years of life. We have rented the last 8 years at Jackson's Run. We have thoroughly enjoyed this time renting from Max Matthew's. Lynn and Robert have been so kind and professional. The property is kept up and any problems, like a washer breaking down, etc., are taken care of quickly. They have made living here feel like home. Susie

Sad to leave Jackson’s Run after living here for two years. Can’t say enough praise to Lynn and the whole Max Matthew crew. Neighborhood is kept up on a regular basis, my washer had broke at one point the very next day they installed a new one. If you are looking for flexible leases and/or a very pet friendly place you can’t beat it. Thank you Max Mathews for an amazing rental experience 🥰

My husband and I have been renting for many yrs in Fl, we were lucky enough to find our Mathews property 3 yrs ago thanx to Lynn. We consider this our home even though we are renters. Mathews and Lynn listen when we call, which we really appreciate because they give individual attention even though they have over 200 units! We would like to thank them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I rented from Max Mathews for over 4 years and never missed or was late on a single payment. At the end of my lease they charged $1200 for “painting” to fix things that were a result of normal wear and tear. They also charged $350 for “cleaning” even though I used the cleaners they recommended. I would avoid at all cost. I have attached pictures to show some of the normal wear and tear that was never resolved during my lease and what I was charged $1200 for.
