Same problem as other customer with my MaxMara suede skirt. Lost its buttery softness and color changed after cleaning. Made me sign a waiver at drop off but they confirmed they never have problems after I asked straight forward. Never mentioned they machine clean it. Should not have returned after the rudeness from the, already mentioned, lady the first time. The tape on the inside that holds the crease melted and now needs replacement. This is one of the last great dry cleaners in San Diego friendly and great work.
