Original review: I was really hoping to be able to give them 5 stars because they have very friendly customer service. Unfortunately, they did a very poor job cleaning my leather jackets. I ask if they clean leather at drop off and was told that they do. I didn’t think to ask any further questions. At pick up, I learned that they do leather cleaning with a machine and no hand treating of leather garments, so both items came back unclean along the collar and sleeves.
