David Redd was the technician who just helped get my heater working prior to lower temps tonight. I have been using Mathews for 11 years and he is the best and most professional tech I have had to date, and the best I have had in 75 years of living in Texas (although A/C didn't really exist in my childhood!). I hope if I need more help I get him or his clone again! His troubleshooting approach was impressive and successful.
Amazing and exceptional service from reception to dispatch to notifications to technicians. Fair pricing. They don't unnecessarily upsell. Best service company in Corpus Christi hands down. More Landlords should use this company too
The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are fast and efficient! We have trusted them with our AC and heating needs for over 5 years, and they have always taken great care of us. We highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
Their website says they install electric car chargers but was told on the phone they don't so don't call them for that.
Had issues with a plumbing job. Reported it and was resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend it for services.
