Our service technician Rick Luna was very thorough in his troubleshooting of our hvac system and gave a great explanation of what could be possibly causing the issue. Great customer service.
I made an appointment for today asap. Was given 6pm to 10pm with confirmation! Only to be canceled at 7!! I WAITED ALL AFTERNOON and turned down other Companies that did call with availability. Their website states 24 hr emergency service. Horrible service!! Needs to do better!!
