We had CCAC come out for their annual maintenance service, this was for our hot water heater. Raymi Rosales was the technician that came out to service the plumbing. He is a courteous and very seems to be very knowledgeable. Everything checked out with the exception of our hot water heater. Unfortunately we just started having problems or issues with it and it looks like it needs to be replaced. I use Mathews CCAC for all my A/C and Heater needs. I have used them for many many years! Josh Vargas was so pleasant and out did himself on the Maintenance on my system. They have been doing the Maintenance and Repairs on my system for some time and are very Prompt; Knowledgeable; and Efficient!!! They always are willing to work with my time schedule, and I cannot recommend them enough as 5 stars is not near enough. They deserve 10+!
The technician was very prompt arriving on time. He did a very thorough inspection and explained his findings and recommendations . He was very courteous and very respectful of my home.
