Jeff did a great job. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and as soon as the parts were on hand, had the problem fixed in no time. Thank you for the help to beat the heat.
Greg came by to service our AC and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me all the items that were causing problems and spoke with my wife and I about solutions. We appreciated the time he took to go over everything with us so we understood and were on the same page.
Everything was ok except my appointment time. I had requested the appointment to be after 4 pm so that I would be present to ask questions about the service. Instead my wife had to relay some information but information was lost or simply not passed along.
