Mathew is a very friendly and helpful. we had a short deadline to find and buy a house and he was on top of it responded within 24hrs alot of time quicker than that. he andwered any and all questions we had and if he didn't know he would find out and have a response by rhe end of the day. If tou are not able to make it to a showing he is willing to video chat and walk you around and show you any thing you would like to see. he gives honest opinions on what he sees. Finding the right house was not easy! With everything going on it was critical to see houses asap and make sure we were updated with the available houses that met our criteria. Mathew was there every step of the way. We found a few houses and made a couple offers. Mathew was great at making sure that we were putting in competitve offers without having to just increase our price! Can't say enough about Mathew. As first time home buyers, he helped walk us through the process and made us feel a lot more comfortable about things. When we found a home we liked, he was great at taking care of the little details that made our offer stand out. During the inspection period and the weeks leading up to closing, he was available by text or call pretty much 24/7, and took care of a lot of the behind the scenes work that made actual closing go smoothly. I would recommend Mathew to anyone.
