Dr. Benjamin was eager to prescribe medications that have bad withdrawal side effects, and then when it came time to get refills I could not get my refills timely, Causing me to have horrible withdrawal symptoms and issues at work! This has been an incredibly horrible situation with these people and I'm gonna find a new Doctor STAT! I DO NOT recommend. Poor Patient Care, very rude staff on the phones, wish I had more thumbs ... Two thumbs down.
He's been my PCP for 18 years! He's a very good listener and diastognition.
Dr. Benjamin is great. I have seen at least a dozen doctors and talked about the same issues. He was the first one that actually correctly diagnosed me. With treatment my issues are a lot easier to deal with. Thanks Dr. Benjamin!
I rate 3 stars...all 3 for Dr Benjamin but zero for supporting staff; MA, scheduling....love the fact that's there's communication options, just unfortunate that nobody appears to use them. Started calling Monday 8:00 a.m. for a televisit and was never told that the doctor wasn't even in the office-so I waited around all day for the phone call and never heard back,called again the next morning and in my best English had a hard time communicating with scheduling but found out Dr Benjamin wasn't even in town and no other provi... read more
