as a management organization, Mather's is better than others I have had in this area
I move a lot and over the years I have rented two properties from Mathers. As far as landlords go, they are what I would expect in terms of service in I would highly recommend

Very Friendly – I've never had any problems with them in the year that I've been renting from them. Every time I go in to pay rent I'm greeted seen with in minutes and the staff is always very friendly. I had a problem with my water this year. I called them and they took care of it right away! I'll probably rent my next place from them.
