Lacking, Incompetent, Not Who They Say They Are – This is the worst real estate agency in Charlotte by far. Their capabilities are very limited and they operate as if they are larger than they really are. This budget realtor makes a living from lower-class to lower-middle Freddie foreclosures. Resist this company at all cost. At best they are a borderline scam shop.
Great Service in finding the home I needed – My agent at Mathers was Sarah MagGruder. She was very helpful in me finding the house I bought. She showed me houses that met my criteria (I needed 2+ acres, wanted no more than 45 min commute and had a price I wanted to stay under). She worked with me for about 3 months before we found that right place and what I ended up with meets my needs better than I though we could find....even had some really nice extras. Great service and I would highly recomend the team at Mathers!
