This is going to be an open ended review. Meaning right now it’s a 1 star and if things get cleared up it may improve. I had my roof done in August of 2019 along with seamless gutters all the way around. This is going to be great for me because my roof was leaking. We hired Mather's Home Improvement to make repairs to our roof almost 2 years ago. We paid a premium price because they offered a "lifetime warranty." 6-9 months after their work was complete, the issues that we were having previously persisted (leaking, etc.) We had to call them at least 6 times over 2 months before someone would come back out to look at it. Mather's is my go to team for home improvement projects. Over the last several years they have installed gutter covers, shutters and awnings for me. I've been happy to recommended Mather's to family and friends.

Had our gutters and down spouts replaced. Took 3 months to hear from them after made down payment. Then job kept getting pushed off. Job didn't get fully completed. Had to constantly call, and never got calls back. Took another 3 weeks after initial job to get finished. Very poor customer service.
