I was so impressed by the personal service provided today by Sue. I struggle to find comfortable shoes due to bad feet but Sue knew her product and was very patient, professional and empathetic. I hope she is in store next time I visit. Thank you.
Went next door to the sketchers and was met with terrible customer service. Waited 15 mins to get 2 pairs of shoes to try on, got nowhere. Went next door to mathers and got excellent service from Jake, nothing was a problem and ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes instead of just the one. Great employee, will be back.
