short on staff ,not all staff know what's going on .and
Horrible they will schedule appointments months in advance and the dr will cancel either the day of the appointment or cancel a month before. I hate this place if you have neuropsychologist I hope you don’t get dr Hammond.
Extremely frustrating experience. Long delays, unclear instructions, and no real guidance. Veterans deserve better support.
