Had the worst experience today, under staffed, and unbelievably slow, has never been like this in the past. I was always happy, but this time not, especially for 100% service connected Vietnam Veteran. We waited almost 5 hours to be seen and they were not busy.
thank God I can go to a place like this after serving my country and being cared for
