Whatever you do do not rent from these people. We had a mutual agreement that we would end the lease early and then they hit the $800 breaking lease fee. Then another email said $700 breaking the lease. This was after we were already moved out they hit us with the fee and kept the money out of our deposit. Colette has been nothing but rude to deal with from the very beginning. Again, I would do whatever you can not to rent from them.

The company is unprofessional, unaccountable, and unethical. Avoid at all costs. Our experience with Mather Real Estate was deeply disappointing from start to finish. After three years as tenants, they withheld $240 from our security deposit without justification, claiming we failed to vacate on time, even though we left on September 30, 2025, exactly as paid and agreed.
