My wife had an appointment for a physical with them. We were 10-15 minutes late for the appointment as we had our one year old with us. They checked us in and we sat down, and about 5 minutes later someone comes out and tells us she would not be seen and that she had to reschedule. They seemed to understand that what they were doing was wrong and ridiculous because they attempted to have my wife come into the back room to tell her this before she asked them to just talk to us in the lobby.
It was my first time at this office and the staff and doctor dr Jansen was very nice answering all and any questions or concerns i had
Dr Stephanie Wanlass is always very attentive,focused and knowledgeable when I have any questions or concerns. I feel comfortable and confident in the care I'm receiving.
