This establishment doesn't even deserve 1 star. Cindi the receptionist is so rude. She scheduled me a month out of my procedure instead of 2 days as per the office, she also never advised me that the PA or NP could inject TPI's so again she scheduled my appointment far in advance. Dr. Didn't even bother seeing me after the procedure and didn't not leave a number to call when a situation comes up. It's sad when an office can let you down in moments most needed.
First time with severe back pain. Pain for a year or so. Dr.Rauchewerger and staff of Nurses were amazing. No one wants to have injections in back per say but if you need it Mather Pain Management was the best.
