Dr Kristen O’Brien is a very competent Doctor as well as a compassionate person who cares about you as a whole person.
I had an appointment for a physical during which I requested a prescription for drug testing at an outside lab for employment screening. I took a personal day from work to get this testing done, and when i get there they tell me the prescription is for regular blood work. when i called the office to deal with this, they told me they cant help me since the doctor is not in. then they hung up on me later in the call.
Dr. O’Brien and staff are the best! Always accessible and caring. When I needed referrals to specialists, Dr. O’Brien always referred me to quality physicians. I have been with Dr. O’Brien for many years, have followed her to multiple locations, and will continue to do so because she knows her stuff and is easy to communicate with in managing my healthcare. Never long wait times in her office which is also refreshing.
