Nice Friendly place The Service was Exceptional. In the shop the same day and out the next morning. Everyone i Spoke with was Polite and Professional. Parts not getting delivered in the time frame i was promised. I have to call and complain in order to receive my order
First I’d like to say Thank You to the guys at the Freightliner/Western Star service department. Even though I came in late on Friday, they were able to at least make a quick assessment of the problem and after getting the parts get me back on the road. What is more important to mention however was the manner in which they all did this. They were honest, professional and apparently driven by the ethos of service and taking care of the customer. What an amazing place. I came in due to having a leak in my radiator. The service gentleman Brian helped me and was fantastic from the beginning to end. Everyone one was actually. If I looked lost or had any questions someone jumped into help me. They were quick had my truck in and out and when I had questions about my truck they told me in detail what was going on.
