If you call for parts ask for Timmy the other guys are hateful at times !! If you having repair go to Jason or mr cook !! They need a new dispatcher he is slow getting the UPS next day out on the early run and his very rude and again good luck getting a core credit or return the dude isn’t giving credit or it takes forever and good luck with the warranty work it’s so bad I’m selling my western star and buying all Peterbilt!!
