Never anyone willing to help. You can forget about being assisted if you are under the age of 40 because they assume you have no business being there. Also, their used cars a handsomely overpriced by $2-4000 on a regular basis.
Maybe it is because we take our other car to Brumo's Lexus where the service is amazing every single time, but my family is beyond disappointed with this Land Rover Service Department. We have never had a good experience and they seem to constantly be 'so busy' that they can't take our Range Rover in for an OIL CHANGE for at least a week!! For being a 'luxury' car dealership, they should really improve the service department. Visited this dealership today and was very impressed by the friendly, helpful sales staff. Harrison and his manager went above and beyond to meet our needs. We loved the Range Rovers we saw, and test drove. A top-notch automobile, with top-notch service! Thanks again guys....we will be back!

I recently made an appointment for my Range Rover yearly service and was completely unhappy with their service. 1. I made an appointment and had to wait two weeks for a 10:00 on Monday morning, I took it in and nobody was around to check me in. After waiting with lots of other people we were told they were in a Insurance meeting. 2.They gave me a rental car and charged me $35.00 a day plus gas. 3.
