I recently had to leave a bad review....THEY DELETED IT!!! They never contacted me To get to the bottom of it. Now my ac is broke again just months later.
Don’t hire them if you have cats. The technician Was very rude about them. They also told our leasing company we don’t use a filter in our furnace causing damage which resulted in our leasing company charging us almost $200. We have NEVER ran the furnace without a filter. The technician completely lied to our leasing company about that. I’m assuming because he didn’t like having to service a house with cats.
RecommendedVery reliable, excellent workmanship, kind employee's this is the best locally owned service for heating and cooling I know. They have helped me multiple times and I will be using them when we need a new unit. One of the most talented workers also replaced my water heater and took the old one out. Thank you for all you have help me with and making sure things are working and to top it off for a reasonable price.

Made appt. for an estimate to have new furnace & AC unit, someone came out in just a day or two looked at it said he would give an estimate and left, have never heard from them since. Called about 4 days later and someone said they would look into it but still have not heard from them and it’s been over a week. Will not be using or recommending them to anyone
