Very professional and caring doctor.
First time with the doctor I’m very impressed with him and his nurse. I’m happy I chose him to be my new primary care doctor.
Worst customer service ever!!!! I went for the first visit before Hurricane Helene on Sept.25th, was not informed that Doctor cancelled appoitment day before even if weather was completely fine... finally got my appoit. on Nov 12. Called on the way that it was an accident so I would be late. I was coming from Sarasota , driving 55 min. I was told doctor would be informed. I said I had my paperwork ready. Filled my papers beforehand at home. I was told 15 min is a grace period, I informed that I wasnt sure but I would be late... read more
Totally unprofessional practices , was waiting for immigration medical appt nearly 2 weeks. Took a day off at work for the appt as it is 100 miles from where I live. When I was 30 minutes away , front desk called me saying the doctor doesn't do immigration anymore. Why don't call in advance and save my valuable time ? Will never come back for any services there.
This is the perfect hometown doc- caring and very helpful.
