Doors locked still an hour and a half past scheduled opening. Pretty frustrating that I come to town on a day off to renew my insurance. Not a good look at all. What if this happens to someone that needs to pay it on that day?
Doors locked during posted business hours. Phone not answered, voice mailbox full, yet people have left good reviews? This has been a problem since the first time I had to take over my Dad's insurance for Mom since his passing. I can't remove sold vehicles from the policy. I can't make a payment, NOTHING.
