My fountain was repaired to my satisfaction earlier today. I had a to call four times and found it difficult trying to reach them, nobody else was any better. Also didn’t care to pay a deposit upfront, and I find them very expensive.
Great experience all around. Matt is easy to talk with, and is a really nice guy. Javier and Andy were super pleasant to interact with, and were incredibly hard workers. As the project was underway there was good communication, and we changed the plan slightly (the overall dimensions of the pond). The change in cost was fair, and the new plan was way better. We love our new pond!
Be Advised Based on our interaction with Materra 2 years ago, this review could have been very different. We contracted them in the fall to build us a pond-less waterfall feature. They showed up 6 months later near the end of the winter (ground still frozen) to do the installation. Aesthetically the result was pleasing and we were satisfied with the overall effect at that time. Great experience with Materra rebuilding our pond and waterfall. They were great with communications and were very responsive during the entire process. Highly recommend.
