Call center. Won’t answer any questions without full details from you — name, phone, etc. Then they will call you back. Call center employee low English. All I want to know is if you have a basic product and if it is in stock. Not worth it. Call any other pond / landscape outfit.
Fantastic service on every level!! Javier and Jimmie were on time and very polite!! They are able to replace the water pump on our water feature the same day they got the service call!! Jimmy the manager was awesome!! I would highly recommend Materra Waterscapes!! Thank you so very much for the GREAT work and service!!
I have just started using Materra to care for my pond. In just a few weeks they have turned it back into the beautiful feature that it was meant to be. I am so pleased with their service. Bryce has come out each time full of energy and excitement and has done an excellent job! He is always very kind to me and quite willing to answer my questions.
