I never leave reviews, but I have filled out a contact form online, called over 10 times over the span of a couple months, and the one time I was finally connected with a real person they said that the scheduling department would call me back to schedule a new patient appointment. That was over 2 months ago and I still have not received a call back. I have tried to call again a couple times since then and still nothing. It is just very bizarre to me.
Staff if great but one of the ladies at the front desk is rude and always keeps the air so hot! I’m talking 78 degrees during summer, with a space heater and sweater. This is a place where hormonal pregnant women come and it’s ridiculous. Literally come here to sweat. Unbelievable
I just got my first visit yesterday, I have the worst experience, I be see by some nurse practitioner he Shana Kae very rude I’m she was very rudest she don’t give any answers by my problem she was very rude not friendly not welcoming I just got referred by someone go there… im sorry I not go back again!
Let me be clear. The Lawrenceville location is NOT INCLUDED in this review. I always have a excellent experience every time I go. For some reason the receptionist who is always at the front desk here has an attitude weather it be about billing or appointments times anything. I called today and told the scheduling team what time I would be here to my 40 week appointment. My appointment was at 1120 I called at 10 30 and told them I would be there at 11 45 and asked if I had to reschedule. They told me no and to come in anyway.... read more
Earlier this year I began using the Dacula location. At the time, they seemed welcoming and organized. Unfortunately I didn’t require their services for long. However I recently attempted to become a patient again. Apparently their protocol has changed and requires you to wait on a call back to schedule an appointment after submitting an online request. I was told to wait 48 hours after my online appointment request. I had someone call me, to tell me I needed to keep waiting until past that period. That was odd, but I waited... read more
