I am trying to reach their office and call them several times this week to make an appt. and it doesn't matter what time you call them, they never answer and it's sending you to leave a voicemail but they are not calling you back. At this point I do nt think I want to be there patient anymore.If it's so hard to get on hold of someone I imagine how hard will be to talk with someone in case you have a problem or you need a prescription refill..Very disappointed

I had an unfortunate experience at the Lawrenceville office during my scheduled appointment yesterday. Several months ago, I scheduled my annual exam and a mammogram, specifically requesting the Dacula office, as that is where I have always gone. I deliberately waited for an available appointment at that location. However, upon arriving on time for my appointment, I was informed that it had been scheduled at the Lawrenceville office instead. After being referred to Dr Williams or other staff from a friend. I requested an appointment but when they called for some more information, I was told that this practice was for pregnant women, or pre-maternal, or post-maternal, as the secretary implied. I wasn’t confused but I did check the website again. My gosh that hit me to the heart a bit. I visited this clinic last Monday, and during my appointment, I emphasized how urgently I needed my birth control prescription. The doctor assured me that it was sent to the pharmacy that same day. However, it’s now been over a week, and I still don’t have my prescription. This is not an issue with my insurance—I’ve called multiple times, and each time, the clinic staff claims that the order was sent. Yet, the pharmacy has no record of it.
