Tried calling for my new borns first appointment, and who ever is in the front desk needs to be removed! She answered but didn’t even greet me or even talked. I just heard her whole conversation for 5 minutes. I just hung up instead. So why answer a call if you’re not going to assist !!
Dr Tak and his staff are wonderful people. They’re the best and have never made me feel anything other than safe regarding my children’s medical needs. He’s been the pediatrician of choice for us for twenty years now. To not only us though, but to many of our relatives. They’re medical service is amazing in all aspects. We’re very thankful for all they do.

Very rude and unprofessional front office staff . From the moment they pick up the phone they don’t even bother to assist you. They make you call back because they are busy and after calling back they still won’t help you. They tell you if you want any service with from them you need to go in person to make an appointment.
