While the doctors and nurses took great care of my wife during our appointments there, we were always met with a negative experience with the receptionist. From the perspective of a worried soon to be parent with a high risk pregnancy, it’s already nerve wracking enough showing up to these appointments. Susie was very nice and friendly. I enjoyed having her as my MFM nurse. She was compassionate and caring and helped me feel reassured. She always offered snacks and water. Everyone at the office was friendly, too. I ran into an issue with insurance, and they were understanding and patient. Can't wait to have this baby in a few days!
So very kind and attentive! They respond so quickly if you need to call and ask questions. Definitely would recommend
2 years ago when I was pregnant with twins I was late for my appointment because I ran into some traffic. I showed up and a lady at the front office berated me in front of others for not arriving on time for my appointment. She said “you’ll be seen this time but don’t let it happen again”. I was super embarrassed. That day I found out I was going into preterm labor and I had to wait for my husband to come pick me up and I was sobbing in the front office and no one checked on me. Most frustrating visit ever. Drove over an hour for a growth scan for them to tell me my appointment had been cancelled due to the fact I cancelled a prior appointment and sometimes their system will glitch and cancel them all. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME and KNOWING their system has these issues and didn’t care to get me in for another month right before my due date. Horrible place!
