2 years ago when I was pregnant with twins I was late for my appointment because I ran into some traffic. I showed up and a lady at the front office berated me in front of others for not arriving on time for my appointment. She said “you’ll be seen this time but don’t let it happen again”. I was super embarrassed. That day I found out I was going into preterm labor and I had to wait for my husband to come pick me up and I was sobbing in the front office and no one checked on me. Most frustrating visit ever. Drove over an hour for a growth scan for them to tell me my appointment had been cancelled due to the fact I cancelled a prior appointment and sometimes their system will glitch and cancel them all. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME and KNOWING their system has these issues and didn’t care to get me in for another month right before my due date. Horrible place! The MFM staff at Timpanogos Hospital are amazing people, that are very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I appreciate everything they did for us.
While the reasons I had to come here are never fun, the staff and my entire experience here has been amazing. They are all very respectful and personable. They made me feel safe and secure despite the uncertainty that was happening with my pregnancy. If I ever need to come back, I will happily come back to this location. They are truly amazing. I am so grateful for everything they have done for me.
