Instead of allowing patient to have their support person/father of child/secondary parent or whatever the case may be, they have chosen to keep antiquated policies left over from Covid. Instead of thinking about the well being of their patient they chose to only allow the pregnant parent into appointments. For a woman to be having to see MFM their pregnancy is considered high risk for either mother or child. If i could leave zero stars I would. Every single member of the staff that I came into contact with was so rude.

Staff is beyond RUDE when it comes to your spouse, COVID is over every other Dr and specialist allows your spouse to accompany you into the appointment. SPECIALLY because it is his child too. Dr Hernandez is amazing and technicians are too. But no matter how excellent the Dr or technicians are patient service and satisfaction DROPS with this fact. NO ACTUAL REASON was given explaining why my spouse is not allowed nor a office policy explaining as to why only patient is allowed. AND NO, no actual procedure is being done besid... read more
