Already being at a place like this is stressful but the front receptionist with a short blonde bob is beyond rude. I went to sign in for the first time and the first thing she said was you need to tell that man you came in with he needs to wait downstairs. Um… my husband? Instead of allowing patient to have their support person/father of child/secondary parent or whatever the case may be, they have chosen to keep antiquated policies left over from Covid. Instead of thinking about the well being of their patient they chose to only allow the pregnant parent into appointments. For a woman to be having to see MFM their pregnancy is considered high risk for either mother or child. These women are already dealing with a stressful situation but their wellbeing is not considered, keeping such policie... read more
