(Very bad experience) Just be careful if you want to choose Sutter Health for an OBGYN visit. I had an appointment with Dr. Bhogal at 9:15. I arrived at the clinic at 9:00. First, they made me wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes, then a nurse came and took me to the examination room. I waited for Dr. Bhogal for another hour, and after all that time, she came and told me she had an emergency and can't visit me (after 1 hour and 45 minutes). My wife just had an amniocentesis done here. We were both very anxious going into it, but the staff (especially Dr. Wong) was very compassionate and professional. We left the office feeling like we were in very capable hands, which is so so appreciated during a pregnancy with medical unknowns.

Wouldn’t recommend this facility. This place is not warm or welcoming, let alone helpful. Had my NT scan and the tech was rude, no bedside manners at all. Alissa Shook was already in the room, didn’t say hi, or introduce herself at all. I had to ask to find out she was the tech. She was frustrated from the beginning and It made for a very stressful experience for me as I wasn’t sure if there was something wrong with the baby.
