Front desk secretary is very unprofessional and passive aggressive. Had to come here 1st time due to my OB moving offices, 2nd time due to complication found with 1st ultrasound. Both visits front desk secretary was very unpleasant. Same with medical assistant that called back patients and took weight and BP. Ultrasound tech and MDs were excellent and very professional. Very disappointing that front desk and medical assistant do not give same energy nor professionalism. They actually give really bad energy and very upsetting... read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Staff was rude and never followed up after a scheduling error they failed to fix. Never apologized or called me back. Had to find new place to get weekly ultrasounds at 34 weeks. Absolutely pathetic.
I found a different practice that respected my choice not to have insulin since my first pregnancy was successfully controlled by metformin only. I don't think patients have to beg and still be denied a request. As a patient please be aware that you have the ultimate right on what you would like to consume/or not consume. You are able to change practices and find a second opinion always.
Since i didn't get the car from u t southwestern i can't here instead. They got me in took care of my needs. Thank you to my nurse ruth Hispanic lady at the hoblitzelle hospital fur actually tending to my needs and pain. I waited at u t southwestern for 13 hrs i cave here in less than 30 minutes i was seen and out in a room. Thank you so much to the staff on the third floor hoblitzelle floor 3 h309 was my room
