Please be aware!! I was under the care of Dr. Carbone. I was pressured into a 39-week induction solely because my pregnancy was IVF, despite having no medical complications. I was told my baby would die if I didn’t comply. After a 4-day induction, my healthy 6-lb baby was born and immediately sent to the NICU with serious respiratory distress due to the long and unnecessary induction. Had such a good experience today. The appointment was on time, the ultrasound tech was so nice, and Dr Carbone and resident Sharika were so thorough and did not rush us at all.
Went in for my last appointment today 4/30/2025 and Stacy the ultrasound Tech was not only rough, was super dismissive of my questions and rude. Didn’t explain anything when I asked questions, didn’t even show me my baby or let me know the next steps after my appointment. So glad this is over I will be filing a complaint with my insurance.
We went to an appointment. We were informed how much the visit would be. Paid cash for the visit. We then received a bill without notice for additional charges. They never mentioned we would have such charges. Tried calling the office, billing department and nobody helps. The staff is nice.
