Have been here an hour and fifteen minutes and still sitting in the waiting room (which is filled with many other frustrated patients who have been waiting an hour). Absolutely ridiculous, will not be returning. Or, next time I’ll plan to come check in then go to lunch.

Very professional and warm atmosphere. Arcie Is patient and clarified any questions that we had. She is definitely in the right field. Dr. Alkalay is professional and answered any questions that we had. We definitely felt like we were apart of the process as he engaged us in the conversation regarding next steps.
The doctors are good and the staff as well but way its being ran is not good at all. Zero flexibility with appointments even if you’re supposed to be seen weekly.
Be sure that when you make an appointment, you have nothing else to do. Because they will have you waiting forever. There’s no order to when you’re seen regardless of an appointment time. An hour or an hour and a half wait
