I’ve made hundreds of appointments in many places and never have I received a text saying my appointment would be canceled for not only not confirming my appointment (which is the only way you can be charged for a no show) but because I didn’t call for my intake form that could have been emailed to me or I could have been informed about the day I made my appointment. Every single person here has been a true blessing to my family. Almost 4 years ago, they saw me while I was pregnant with my daughter. I fell pregnant again and started seeing them at 12 weeks due to my history from my last pregnancy. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this practice and truly love and appreciate you all. They saw me up until I was induced, stayed late to make sure I could be seen, and looked at every single thing possible to make sure they got accurate readings on measurements and whatever else... read more

First and foremost, I want to say that most of the staff at this doctor's office are great. Claudia in particular is fantastic. With that being said, I am very disappointed in this office. They got me through my first pregnancy so I specifically requested to come back to this office with my second. They took me in and began treatment, except this time every time I needed a procedure, they required payment up front even though I have insurance that they allegedly take. 5 stars just isn't enough for Dr. ponkey and her staff. They saw me through my high risk twin pregnancy and I could not be more greatful for them. Their bedside manner is incredible, they are all kind and caring and attentive. I saw some reviews talking about appt times and yes there were times where my appts were long or I had to wait to be seen but as a working mom with 2 other kids I was so thankful they stayed open late, and had later appointments so I could be seen without missing work or needing to find external childc... read more
