I called last week to schedule a 3D/4D ultrasound appointment at 31 weeks pregnant. Due to some personal reasons, I needed to reschedule and called the office to do so. I had my anatomy scan here and while the doctor was kind and professional during the appointment, the administrative follow-up has been incredibly disappointing. As someone with a high-risk genetic disorder, I needed the scan images to be sent to my brother, a fertility doctor, for further review. The front desk assured us they would send them, but despite multiple calls and emails over several days, we still have not received them. This place has the best staff and wonderful doctors, I’ve been there twice and each time I had the best experience. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Roy Z. Mansano. From the moment I stepped into his office, he and his staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. I was overcharged by about 1175$ for ONE visit and after waiting about 45 minutes and hung up on and calling back again was told to just read my report by billing department, at the appointment I paid $500 and told that was it but then received another bill. No transparency, glad I only had the one visit!
