This place has the best staff and wonderful doctors, I’ve been there twice and each time I had the best experience. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Roy Z. Mansano. From the moment I stepped into his office, he and his staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Mansano is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he also takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer all questions thoroughly. This place has the best staff and wonderful doctors, I’ve been there twice and each time I had the best experience.
I was overcharged by about 1175$ for ONE visit and after waiting about 45 minutes and hung up on and calling back again was told to just read my report by billing department, at the appointment I paid $500 and told that was it but then received another bill. No transparency, glad I only had the one visit!
I was labeled as a high-risk pregnancy and referred to Dr. Mansano by my regular OB. For my first pregnancy, I was so anxious! I’ve visited him several times for growth and anatomy scans. Each time, his staff, sonographers, and he were pleasant to interact with. Most times the wait times weren’t too long, except for once. Amazing experience at this practice with both doctors. Yes, sometimes they ran a bit late, but they always called me prior to my appointment to let me know they were running late and to come in later. This is extra effort they didn’t need to do which was greatly appreciated! I would recommend this practice and both doctors to anyone.
