Extremely inefficient practice with discriminatory treatment towards patients. Dr. Myriam Ferzli included topics in my medical notes that were not at all discussed during my visit. It is illegal to include false information in any type of medical notes. I attempted to address this issue with the customer service and management for more than 20 times over four months of time due to their lack of response and ignorance. Dr. Kelly Orzechowski and the Genetic Counselor Kyla Patek were phenomenal. Made me feel understood, comfortable, supported, and made sure we left our appointments feeling prioritized and like we had a team behind us. Would highly recommend the team at VHC MFM.
I love Dr. Kelly Orzechowski and her team. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond. I trust their knowledge and experience in treating high risk pregnancies. Highly recommend them.
I don’t know who’s in charge of the receptionists but they are clearly not doing their jobs! The fact that I have to wait for 45 mins to make an appointment to get my First Trimester Screening and my Genetic Carrier Screening tests is INSANE and completely unacceptable! Like the previous review stated I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this office. I was seen for an initial consult due to having two prior miscarriages. The appointment went well and the doctor was very informative and I was recommended to have an ultrasound test as well as bloodwork testing done . Unfortunately I have been trying to get in touch with them for the last 2 months to get this scheduled and I can not get a hold of anyone.
