Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a doctor, even if you’ve been referred to this doctor, just don’t do it! You’ll feel like me, uncared for. The front office staff is completely disrespectful, rude and disorganized. They don’t know what you’re there for and which appointment is which. I basically felt like I was a pushover and “just another number”. The minute you walk into the place it feels like time stopped for them in 2007.. Dr. Viscarello is the best of the best! There is absolutely no comparison for the level of care, compassion, and sincere dedication that he gives to each and every patient. Dr. Viscarello delivered my son while I was going through a really traumatic time in my life. His mission was to always make sure that I was okay and that my son would make it into this world. He is such a really good doctor, very polite & caring.. whenever I need his guidance or have any stress he will ensure that everything is fine with me & my baby..
Dr. Viscerello takes so much time with me at each appointment (literally sometimes over an hour if that is what it takes to explain things accurately), He is so smart and so careful and I could not have had better care during my high-risk pregnancy. After delivering my 1st child extremely premature then two miscarriages, I was very nervous about this pregnancy. I recommend Dr V and his office staff 100% without hesitation. I was referred to him by several co-workers (physicians) 6 years ago after having a still born baby at 33 weeks and becoming pregnant again. His thoroughness, kindness, sensitivity and awesome bedside manner put me at ease and made me feel like I was in good hands after a devastating loss.
