wish i could give zero star. front desk ladies are so so so so so rude and very uninterested in doing the basic job
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I came to this imaging center with valid insurance and a clear doctor’s referral, yet they performed the wrong imaging exam. What’s worse is that when I pointed out THEIR mistake, they refused to perform the correct test ordered by my doctor. This shows a serious lack of attention to medical orders and patient care. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. I am a high risk pregnancy with my last child being preterm at 29 weeks. The front desk team has always been helpful and kind. The ultrasound techs, specifically Sophia, are absolutely amazing and really walk you through what they are doing. Dr. Elkousey is kind and has great bedside manner, even with my millions of questions. I've been going every 2 weeks since 12 weeks and always a good experience. Very thankful for this team and the care they take.
Avoid at all costs. Rude. Extremely rude. Very inconsiderate. Paper work takes forever to fill because obviously you have to fill out the same information at least 5 to 7 times. They force you to give them your ssn or you can't be seen. And VERY RUDE.
