They will make you wait unnecessarily while they go through “administrative” work. Go to one of the other locations or just go to a different company instead. They can make you wait for literally hours although they won’t be honest about it and will try and push you to go to a different appointment another day (imagine doing that while you are already in the location- not even 10 minutes late to begin with). wish i could give zero star. front desk ladies are so so so so so rude and very uninterested in doing the basic job
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I came to this imaging center with valid insurance and a clear doctor’s referral, yet they performed the wrong imaging exam. What’s worse is that when I pointed out THEIR mistake, they refused to perform the correct test ordered by my doctor. This shows a serious lack of attention to medical orders and patient care.
