They will make you wait unnecessarily while they go through “administrative” work. Go to one of the other locations or just go to a different company instead. They can make you wait for literally hours although they won’t be honest about it and will try and push you to go to a different appointment another day (imagine doing that while you are already in the location- not even 10 minutes late to begin with). wish i could give zero star. front desk ladies are so so so so so rude and very uninterested in doing the basic job
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I came to this imaging center with valid insurance and a clear doctor’s referral, yet they performed the wrong imaging exam. What’s worse is that when I pointed out THEIR mistake, they refused to perform the correct test ordered by my doctor. This shows a serious lack of attention to medical orders and patient care. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. I am a high risk pregnancy with my last child being preterm at 29 weeks. The front desk team has always been helpful and kind. The ultrasound techs, specifically Sophia, are absolutely amazing and really walk you through what they are doing. Dr. Elkousey is kind and has great bedside manner, even with my millions of questions. I've been going every 2 weeks since 12 weeks and always a good experience. Very thankful for this team and the care they take.
