I love this place ! Doctors are very good at answering questions . I love how comfortable they made me feel. I would tell any and everyone about Fairfax maternal fetal associates.
Mafma services are not good, they overcharge patients unnecessary.
The medical staff did a good job in explaining each service I was rendered and they were very kind. I also loved the free valet service since the parking lot is always full. However, the receptionists were not as friendly before until I had accepted receiving their service. Friendly smiles will make many clients feel more welcomed!
I wish there was a 0-star option. Openly rude staff - every one I dealt with either on the phone or in person was surly and clearly annoyed; as if it was an inconvenience for them to interact with me. I even witnessed the office staff being rude to other patients! The address on their referral form was incorrect so the day of my appointment I went to the wrong place.
