I presented to this hospital at age 19 following a significant intentional overdose (approximately 55 tablets of mirtazapine and 20 tablets of amisulpride). The level of care I received was minimal. My phone was confiscated and I was placed on a bed with limited communication. I was not offered activated charcoal and no clear treatment plan was explained to me. This place is stupid non compassionate, and not understanding, the staff are horrible and I would highly recommend not to go there, and the waiting room in there looks like a jail room, soo cold, dirty seats, soo dark and dingy with staff behind a plastic covering for their safety and so many locks so you can't get out and then one that you can't go into either,
