I HAD A VERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I was a client in their Natural Fertility Services. My opinion based on my experience... The nurse (not a qualified doctor or even a midwife) seemed very proud and chuffed with herself for doing a one year course on fertility. She casually, flippantly and recklessly told me "Oh by the way, you are infertile" as I walking out the door. I then consulted with three fertility specialists and all said I was fertile. The care I received in the delivery, intensive care and maternity unit during an extremely complicated (my own health) birth was above and beyond. As a medical professional myself I was blown away at the standard of care, well above expectations. I credit the personnel in this hospital in saving my life. The special care nursery staff were exceptional, knowledgeable and most of all kind and caring throughout one of the most traumatic experiences of our families life.
