Our family has used Braden/Mater Dei from the very beginning. The change in ownership resulted in a lot of disorganization and staffing changes that were disconcerting, but they seem to be working through that. Give them another chance. Tony Munzingo is the best there is better than most MD's I have used . very knowledgeable, empathetic and professional.....knows just about anything on any disease or illness. I hope that he stays there forever

1 star My experience at Mater Dei Clinic has been very disappointing. Every time I schedule a medical appointment, the same thing happens: other patients who arrive after me are taken in first, without any explanation. I am then left waiting 40 minutes or more, even though I had an appointment. This is not a one-time issue; it happens consistently. It shows poor organization and a lack of respect for patients’ time. I do not recommend this clinic until they improve their appointment management and patient service.

Appointment today with PA Troy who was professional, efficient and a wonderful listener. Additional staff was Pedro and Michelle who made my visit informative ,while linking me with next steps for care. Thank you everyone!

Do not recommend this clinic..in my 2 experiences and my husbands’s, it is very unorganized and unprofessional. I believe the doctors themselves are good but the administrative services make the experience very bad and ruin it, hopefully they can get that fixed.
