I picked this place for a surprise for my Wife's birthday. They knocked it out the park, wife couldn't be happier with her experience, everyone was nice, and treated her right. Thanks for everything, highly recommend, we will be back!!!
Negative experience overall! Front desk people had no customer service skills! A blonde woman (manager/scheduler) was extremely rude in telling me I was in the wrong spa waiting area when I needed to be in the haircut waiting area. My hairstylist Denise was always checking her phone or getting herself coffee and really lacked customer service overall! The $60 plus charge was really not worth it for the lack of customer service.
